St. Christopher's International Primary School
* Penang * Malaysia *
Physical Education (P.E.) is taught by specialist P.E. teachers from Nursery level to the Key Stage Two age group.
The P.E. program encourages both full participation, learning, friendly competition, social interaction and attempts to meet the needs of all students, regardless of physical and mental ability.
This curriculum follows the British Curriculum guidelines.
As well as this all Nursery and Reception classes have one session per week involving movement and music. These sessions are taught collectively by a specialist music teacher and a physical education teacher.
St. Christopher's Physical Education Curriculum is based on the British Curriculum and adapted to our student's needs and to our local environment. Topics are taught at appropriate levels with appropriate equipment for each Year group as recommended by the British National Curriculum.
